Turn Empty Rooms Into Moving Masterpieces
Transform vacant property photographs into beautiful, cinematic furnishing animations. Show buyers the potential of every space with AI-powered virtual staging brought to life.
Double-height living room. A product demonstration from the Staging Animation engine, not a customer story.
How it works
Staging Animation does not invent a furnished room from a single empty photo. You bring the empty frame and the furnished frame. ImageMotion animates the difference.
01
Start with an empty room photograph or a pair you already have. The animation needs both the empty frame and the furnished frame of that same room.
02
Furnish the room with realistic furniture and interior design. Do that in Virtual Staging, or use a staged photograph you already have. Staging and animation are separate steps.
03
In ImageMotion, choose a reveal style and animate the transformation into a short video for property listings, websites and social media.
Examples
Each clip starts on the empty photograph and ends on the furnished one. These are product demonstrations. Bedroom clips will join them when a real render is ready.

A wide living room under a coffered ceiling. The sofa, dining table and fireplace stay inside the architecture that was already there.

A bright reception room looking through to a bedroom. The animation furnishes the living area without rebuilding the shell of the home.

A warehouse loft. The staircase, brick wall and kitchen beyond stay put while the seating is introduced.

A kitchen-diner. Cabinetry and the garden opening remain, and the dining furniture completes the room.

Why animate the staging
An empty room is honest, and hard to read. The animation shows that same room once it has been furnished, so a buyer can see how the space could be used.
A still photograph stops the scroll only if someone pauses. A short reveal gives Instagram, Facebook and email a moving image made from the photos you already have.
Estate agents, developers and marketing teams get a filmic asset for websites, brochures and presentations without booking a crew or dressing the property on site.
There is no camera move to shoot and no edit to assemble. The clip is generated from two photographs with AI, then downloaded as an MP4.
Who it is for
Make empty property listings more engaging, with a video that shows the furnished room beside the photograph you already captured.
Present the potential of a newly built or unfinished space once a furnished view of that room exists.
Communicate a furnishing concept through animation, using the empty room and the scheme you have already designed.
Produce creative content for websites, property campaigns and social media from the stills in the shoot.
Features
ImageMotion already offers 8 reveal styles, three lengths and four frame shapes. StagingAnimation is the guide to that tool — the rendering stays in ImageMotion.
The empty room and the furnished room. Nothing is invented beyond the staged frame.
Build, fade, push-in, pop, wipe, slide, removal, or movers placing the furniture.
Keep the original photo, or crop to landscape, portrait or square.
Short enough for a story, long enough to read the room. Seven seconds is the usual length.
Subtle, standard or dynamic, without handing you a timeline to edit.
The same login and the same credit balance as ImageMotion and Virtual Staging.
Pricing
A staging animation uses the credit balance you already have in ReHub. The product default is 5 credits, and ImageMotion confirms the live cost before you generate. New accounts start with 10 welcome credits.
5credits per animation, by defaultCredits are bought inside ImageMotion. This site does not take payment and does not keep its own balance.
AI staging animation is a short video of one room changing from empty to furnished. StagingAnimation is ReHub Studio’s name for that video. You supply two photographs of the same space — the empty room and the furnished room — and ImageMotion builds a clip whose first frame matches one photograph and whose last frame matches the other. Furniture and decor that exist only in the furnished photograph move into place. Walls, windows, floors and the viewpoint stay as they are in the photographs. It is a different tool from an ImageMotion listing video, which adds motion to stills you already have rather than revealing a staging change.
Yes. The empty photograph is the starting frame. Staging Animation also needs the furnished photograph of that same room, from the same viewpoint. It does not design a furnished room from a single empty picture. If you only have the empty photo, furnish it first, then return with both images.
You need a furnished version of the photograph before the animation can be made. Virtual staging is that earlier step, and it lives in a separate ReHub tool. Furnish the room in Virtual Staging, or upload a staged image you already have. Staging Animation does not add furniture that is missing from the second photograph. Virtual staging has its own credit cost, shown before you generate there, and that charge is separate from the animation.
Yes. Upload the original empty room and your own staged result on the ImageMotion Staging Animation screen. The two pictures should show the same room from the same position. If the orientation or size differs, ImageMotion warns you and still lets you continue. The animation can only reveal objects already in the staged image. It will not invent extra pieces, and it is not there to rebuild the architecture between the two frames.
