Staging animation questions
Straight answers about what the ImageMotion tool does, what it needs from you, and how it is paid for with ReHub credits.
What is AI staging animation?
AI staging animation is a short video of one room changing from empty to furnished. StagingAnimation is ReHub Studio’s name for that video. You supply two photographs of the same space — the empty room and the furnished room — and ImageMotion builds a clip whose first frame matches one photograph and whose last frame matches the other. Furniture and decor that exist only in the furnished photograph move into place. Walls, windows, floors and the viewpoint stay as they are in the photographs. It is a different tool from an ImageMotion listing video, which adds motion to stills you already have rather than revealing a staging change.
Can I animate an empty room?
Yes. The empty photograph is the starting frame. Staging Animation also needs the furnished photograph of that same room, from the same viewpoint. It does not design a furnished room from a single empty picture. If you only have the empty photo, furnish it first, then return with both images.
Do I need to virtually stage my photograph first?
You need a furnished version of the photograph before the animation can be made. Virtual staging is that earlier step, and it lives in a separate ReHub tool. Furnish the room in Virtual Staging, or upload a staged image you already have. Staging Animation does not add furniture that is missing from the second photograph. Virtual staging has its own credit cost, shown before you generate there, and that charge is separate from the animation.
Can I use my own virtually staged images?
Yes. Upload the original empty room and your own staged result on the ImageMotion Staging Animation screen. The two pictures should show the same room from the same position. If the orientation or size differs, ImageMotion warns you and still lets you continue. The animation can only reveal objects already in the staged image. It will not invent extra pieces, and it is not there to rebuild the architecture between the two frames.
How does AI furniture animation work?
ImageMotion uses your two photographs as the start and end of one continuous shot. You choose how the furniture arrives. The engine supports Furniture Build, Soft Reveal, Cinematic Reveal, Pop into Place, Sweep Reveal, Slide In, Furniture Removal and People Placing. Furniture Removal plays from furnished back to empty. People Placing shows movers carrying in only the furniture from the staged photograph, then leaving before the final frame. You also choose 5, 7 or 10 seconds, a shape — the original photo, landscape, portrait or square — and a motion level of subtle, standard or dynamic. ImageMotion lists the styles switched on at the time. The usual length is 7 seconds. You then download an MP4. If a generation fails after a charge, the credits are refunded.
Can I use these animations for property marketing?
Yes. The download is an MP4 for an agency website, a development page, an email, a social post or a presentation. Keep the furnished still as the photograph on listing portals that expect a still, and use the animation where a video can play. You do not need a film crew or a staging company on site to produce it.
Do I need video editing experience?
No. There is no timeline, music desk or title sequence to build. You upload the empty photograph, upload the furnished photograph, choose a style, length, format and motion level, then generate. That screen is inside ImageMotion, using the ReHub account you already have.
How much does an animation cost?
Staging Animation is charged in ReHub credits. There is no separate StagingAnimation subscription. The product default is 5 credits for one animation. ImageMotion shows the current cost on the generate button before anything is spent, because that amount can be updated in Staging Animation settings. New ReHub accounts receive 10 welcome credits. Further credits come from the same balance you use across ReHub, bought as a top-up or a monthly credit plan inside ImageMotion. This website does not take payment. Virtual staging, if you use it, is billed separately at that tool’s own rate.
Do I need a ReHub Studio account?
Yes. Creating an animation signs you into ImageMotion with your ReHub Studio account. StagingAnimation.com is the marketing site for the service. It does not have its own login, its own credit balance or its own dashboard. If you already use ImageMotion, Virtual Staging or another ReHub app, use that same account.
